The course not to be missed !

On the 17th and 18th of October, I'll give a course on the second bible of Charles the Bald (writing and decoration) at the cultural centre of Welkenraed.

Originally planned for April of this year, it could not take place because of the pandemic.

There are still places available (with masks and distances) for fans.

So if you don't want to be the one who doesn't get the fries in the same package, contact the cultural centre quickly to register!

I can't wait to go back to Belgium and eat those crispy fries, whatever the package ;-

Charles

Today is St. Charles the Good.
Bad luck, I'm working on the second Bible of Charles the Bald...

Here are some A's found in the manuscript and some border elements with small dots.

For those who are interested, I give a course on the subject on April 18 and 19, 2020 at the cultural center of Welkenraedt.

Blue

Sorry to have left you without news lately, I was in Belgium to give some courses, the proof in pictures :

already tired

photo bombing (no reason for only others to have fun)

And, did you know, the Namur region produces magnificent blue stones, much used in construction. My hosts (thanks again Geneviève & Eugène!) had some in their backyard that they let me bring back with me.

First engraving try, it's not that yet but it's encouraging

to be followed...
